Clear returns for professional equipment orders
Our returns process is designed for Egyptian customers buying commercial kitchen, hotel, cafe, catering, refrigeration, and service equipment.
Return window
Unused products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery when they are in original condition, complete with packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty documents, and invoice or proof of purchase.
Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a wrong item, missing item, damaged shipment, or product with a manufacturing defect, contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos or video. Manufacturing defects may require technical inspection before exchange, repair, or refund approval.
Items that cannot usually be returned
Installed, used, damaged-by-customer, custom-made, special-order, hygiene-sensitive, consumable, spare electrical, or incomplete products cannot usually be returned unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or a Kitchen Care fulfillment mistake.
Heavy equipment and shipping
Large or heavy commercial equipment may require inspection and scheduled collection. Return shipping, handling, and re-delivery fees depend on the product size, destination, and return reason. If the return is due to our mistake or a confirmed defect, Kitchen Care will arrange the fair shipping solution.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds are usually issued through the original payment method, bank transfer, or another agreed method within 7 to 14 business days after approval, depending on bank and payment-provider timing.
Warranty support
Warranty coverage follows the product or manufacturer terms. Warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, poor maintenance, unauthorized repair, voltage or electrical damage, accidental damage, normal wear, or using equipment outside its intended commercial purpose.
